Hands-Only CPR, also known as compressions-only CPR, is a method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation that focuses solely on chest compressions, without rescue breaths. It's recommended for use by bystanders who witness a teen or adult suddenly collapse and are either unable or unwilling to perform conventional CPR with rescue breaths. This is a brief course that allows someone to practice chest compressions with a certified instructor. If you are looking for a certification please see our other classes or feel free to call us and we will be glad to help you sign up for the right course for your needs.
